Background: Working with designer from Shenzhen Cheng Chung Design Co.,Ltd, which is ranked # 1 in Top 10 Hospitality in US Interior Design Magazine in 2022. With the design concept of “Eastern artistic conception in Western form”, our team crafted the inspired pieces for this hotel to convey the design philosophy. The finished space are eye-catching public area and bedrooms with comfort and style at the core.

What is the quality of contract furniture?

• When furnishing a hotel or commercial space, the furniture grade can significantly affect functionality and aesthetic appeal. Therefore,choosing the appropriate furniture for the interended use is essential,as the demands of a commerical space differ considerably from those of residential area.

• There are two main types of furniture to consider:contract-grade furniture(also called commercial furniture) and residential -grade furniture(also called domestic furniture).

• Contract furniture must be durable and made to withstand the wear and tear of frequent everyday use by many people. Contract-grade furniture uses high-quality materials to withstand heavy use and wear and tear over time. As a result, the furniture is less likely to break, chip,or wear out quickly.

Aside from adhering to much more stringent standards than domestic furniture, items of contract furniture feature more robust materials, fabrication methods, finishes, and fabrics.

For instance, the following material in production will be used

• Plywood: plywood is one kind of strong and durable material, it is often used for the backs and sides of chairs, base material of wardrobes.
• Fabric: fabrics used in contract-grade furniture are durable and easy to clean.They are often made of synthetics polyester or nylon.
• Finishes: for wood venner, you will have lots of options,such as bright, matte &smooth texture and so on.
